Welcome to my page! It is usually a much greater significance when someone finds themselves here. This was no accident.
I am a Spiritual Transformative Coach and Book Author with over 40 years in shamanic and healing modalities. My main focus has been to support those within the different phases of spiritual awakening of the kundalini. My intention is to help those who are truly desiring to spiritually evolve.
Back in 1977, I met my first spiritual teacher, the first of three in my lifetime. He was an aging nuclear physicist who created a small spiritual community called Universal Research. He taught me a meditation and healing technique I’ve been practicing daily for the last 45 years. Initially, he told me to try the technique morning, noon and night for two weeks. He also offered a challenge: if after two weeks I hadn’t received a miracle, I’d never have to do it again. Suffice it to say that not only did I receive my miracle but subsequent miracles over the span of decades using his techniques.
I own and operate a spiritual retreat healing practice. As a trained Shamanic Practitioner and Intuitive, I’ve helped many to find their way and navigate the challenges of Kundalini Awakening including everything that happens before, during, and after. I’ve helped many find their way by showing them the technique including navigating some of the hardest difficulties arising from spiritual awakening. Part of my mission to help others by showing them this technique and issue the same challenge as my spiritual teacher shared with me. I feel confident that it can literally change your life.

I am a trained shamanic practitioner who has been studying my entire life to help reconnect earnest seekers with the truth of their beings and assist them also in reconnecting to their divine mission, purpose and reason for being. This also includes any energy work to help clear the old matrices that no longer serve you as well as help connect you to your own beloved twin flame.
