About Me
First off, thank you for being here! I appreciate your part in this journey.
I am a transformational life coach. I help people connect to the best version of themselves.
My journey began with a daily meditation practice that began on October 1978. Literally flooding myself and the world around me in light.
Funny thing about Light as a spiritual practice, by the way. It will flush out everything unlike itself to prepare the inner matrix to receive the original infusion of light we were always destined to embody.
This meant everything that wasn’t me had to go.
I like using the analogy of rocks in a tumbler designed to make them smooth and polished. If rocks could feel, this might hurt. A lot.
Needless to say, my journey did hurt a lot. It’s the only way we grow.
Yet it’s also important to acknowledge while pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. We get to choose our response to what happens to us.
We can spend years building something we think we want only to have life rip it from us overnight. The emotions around such a loss are raw and the choice to proceed either in the illusion that created the hazard or the means to overcome it are real.
Life has this funny way of orchestrating events for the main purpose of cracking us wide open. For me, it happened one day in Sedona in a shamanic retreat.
I had decided to attend at the last minute. 7 hours of deep meditation and the shackles that kept me bound to fear and illusions were summarily shattered.
The reason I’m telling you all this is that you don’t have to wait 45 years to come to an understanding of yourself and live self actualized. Eckhart Tolle aptly mentioned that awakening can happen when we are at our wits end, nothing is working, you’ve lost everything and can no longer take the suffering.
I’m here to acknowledge that it is entirely possible to get there much sooner. Why wait 45 years? Freedom from fear is available.
The inner silence was the first thing I noticed. All the noise was silent. For the first time in my life.
Without fear, life begins to open and blossom. Decisions that were once impossible are now made easily and effortlessly.
Attachments to outcomes also falls off like scales. All of a sudden, everything that never made sense finally does. There is an order to the madness. It leads us to the point of waking up.
As a transformational life coach, it is my intention to help you find your way through the inner hurdles that prevent you from living your life out loud.
Cracking open isn’t just freeing yourself from what binds you. It’s ending a lifetime of slavery to fear.
The consequences of this new change has really huge ramifications to every part of your life. From relationships to career, from what you choose to create in this world, and to the tribe you manifest, it is the single one thing that changes everything.
And it is my life purpose to help you achieve it.
